How many days until a date — a wedding, a launch, a race — drawn as a card that says when it was counted. Free, no sign-up, and the embed keeps counting.
Event organisers: weddings, parties, launches

Free tools for a wedding, a party or a launch: a countdown card, an RSVP form, a QR code for the invitation, guest WiFi cards and a bingo per guest.

A wedding, a birthday party or a product launch comes with a date, a venue, a guest list and a pile of small jobs: announcing it, collecting replies, telling people where to go, keeping the evening going. Events gathers the fastast tools for whoever organises one, in the order the day comes closer, free and without an account.
The date goes out as a card that keeps counting
The countdown card maker draws the days left under a headline such as Wedding or Launch day. Take its embed snippet rather than the image and the count is drawn again each time a page loads it, so the card on your wedding site stays right; the calendar subscription does the same in a calendar.
Details on a page, replies through a form
In the Markdown landing page composer you write the event page as one Markdown document, the programme as numbered steps and the practical questions as a FAQ, and see it rendered. It does not publish: the preview has no address, and the finished document is yours to keep.
For the replies, the form generator offers Confirm your attendance, which asks for a name, an e-mail and a yes or no, and Register for the event, which adds the organisation and consent and fits a launch. The answers go straight to the destination you name, and the form’s link, pasted alone in a paragraph of your Markdown page, shows the form inside it.
One code for the invitation, one for the WiFi
The QR code generator has a calendar event mode: a guest who scans the invitation is offered the event in their calendar, in their own time. I would print the SVG, which stays sharp at any size. At the venue, the WiFi QR code puts the network on a card for the tables, and nobody has to spell the key.
Photos when the light is kind
The golden hour calculator gives the golden and blue hours, sunrise and sunset for the venue’s city on the day itself, in local time, and the moon phase calendar gives the state of the Moon at any date and time. Neither knows the weather.
Games and posts for the guests
The bingo card generator starts from a Wedding or a Baby shower list, or from your own squares, 24 at least, and deals each player a different card in one PDF, up to 30 players, with a draw sheet. To announce the day, the LinkedIn carousel maker turns your slides into a PDF for LinkedIn and images for Instagram, and the quote card maker turns a line from the speeches into an image ready to post.
What you leave with
- A form address for the replies, and the invitation code as PNG or SVG.
- WiFi cards, or a sheet of A6 cards when the venue has a network per floor.
- A PDF of bingo cards, and a carousel as a PDF and as images.
Questions
Are these event planning tools free?
Yes, and none of them asks for an account. The countdown’s embed and calendar addresses do carry the date and the headline, so anyone who has them can read both.
Which templates can I start from?
The form generator starts from errands such as Confirm your attendance, and the bingo generator from ready lists such as Wedding and Baby shower.
Do guests need an app to reply?
No. They open the form link and answer, with no account and no app.
