Content creators and community managers

Creator Studio

Free tools for content creators: LinkedIn carousels, story cards, a QR code for print and the sky's colours as hex codes, with no sign-up needed.

You post every week, and the visuals take longer than the words: a LinkedIn carousel, a story that does not look like every other account's, a code for a flyer. Creator Studio gathers nine free tools for those visuals and for the photos around them. Paste the words, pick a style and a frame, and download the file, with no sign-up and nothing you paste kept on the site.

A carousel from slides you have already written

The LinkedIn carousel maker reads plain text, up to twelve slides: one block per slide, the first line as the headline, three dashes between slides. Choose one of six dressings, from the ivory serif of Editorial to the black-and-white Poster, and a brand colour for the accents, refused if it does not read on the dressing.

Story cards start from a date or a sentence

The countdown card maker counts the days to a launch or an event. The days since counter counts from a first day and writes the next milestone on the card, such as 1,000 days, with its date. The bingo card generator shuffles 24 lines into a 5×5 card that followers tick with the story pen. All three come in six readings, from Night to Glam, and a 1080 × 1350 frame for the feed and the story.

The quote card maker sets a quote and its author, in a 1080 × 1920 story frame among others. Paste up to eleven quotes and a button under the card opens the carousel maker with the deck already written.

The link page is drafted and previewed, not published

The Markdown landing page composer turns one Markdown document into a page, with fenced blocks for features, steps or a FAQ. A card drawn by the card makers can sit in it as a picture, and a form built on the site as a frame. The preview has no address, though, so I would use it to settle the words and sections, then keep the document in your own files.

A code for print, and colours taken from the sky

For a flyer or a fair stand, the QR code generator encodes your profile link, in your colours if the contrast holds at 3:1 or better. The code is static, with no service in between, so it works as long as your profile does.

What colour is the sky gives the clear sky over any city as three hex codes from overhead to the horizon and a CSS gradient to paste. For outdoor photos, the golden hour calculator gives each day's golden and blue hours in your city and names the evening with the month's longest golden hour.

Files to post, and one image that stays live

  • Carousel: a PDF for a LinkedIn document post, and each slide as an image for Instagram.
  • Cards: an image to download, and for the countdown an embed that recounts on every page load.
  • QR code: a PNG, or an SVG that prints at any size.
  • Sky: a live image, redrawn every ten minutes, to paste into a page.

The days since counter never puts your date in a link: the image is what you share.

Questions

What are good Instagram story ideas for a business?

A countdown to a launch, a days-since card for the day you opened, a bingo of moments your customers will recognise, and a client's words on a quote card.

Is there a birthday story template?

There is no template; the countdown card does the job with the date and a name as its headline.
